I love to sprint. Sprinting is a kick. Sprinting sets the little energy missiles flying.
You excavate a certain wonder in working the legs that gives me a tingle. Shifting from the streamlined blocks position to a upright stride is a reflection of training.
To be a skilled sprinter, make sure to monitor technique. treat your body well. Be good to that body of yours. Take pleasure in the process. Eat right and sleep properly. Love the track.
Here is a suggestion that works for me. When running, even at full speed, keep the eyes focused straight ahead. That will make you more fluid and faster.
